The Boulder City real estate market is beginning to pick up with the spring and summer seasons approaching. It seems as though people have been waiting on the sidelines for the market to crash, but the housing market is still steady and prices are moving up. What I have learned is that if the numbers work and you can afford it, then move forward. There will be ups and downs but historically real estate has always appreciated and has been a good investment. Remember if interest rates come down, then you can re-finance. Additionally, if interest rates come down, I can almost guarantee that the home prices will jump up.
