The housing market in Boulder City seems to be steady. While it is slower than during the time of low interest rates, it has not halted. The prices are steady and the market is still moving. If a home is listed at the correct price then I will likely sell within 30-45 days. There are plenty of interested buyers out there right now, but they seem to be looking for good deals and they are dealing with the high prices and high interest rates.
